  10. in Wales.  So I'll have to talk about
  11. something else...  There are actually
  12. more kewl groups in Wales than you had
  13. thought.  I mean for a start Wales is
  14. the homeland of many {1Destiny {5members
  15. ({4Myself, Narc, Ecm & Chrome{5).  {1(This
  16. list used to also include a bastard
  17. called Brainstromer!  He stole poor
  18. Termy's girlie, so he's a real
  19. arsehole!  -Ed!)

  21. {3A few miles away in {2Newport {3we find
  22. the World Headquarters of Razor 1911
  23. run by a good m8 Mr.T.  Nice to know
  24. you {2Graham!  {1(Oops, this article's
  25. showing it's age already!  -Ed)

  27. {5Just up the road from me in {1Aberfan {5we
  28. find some members of the {1Lunatics{5.
  29. ({3Hi {2Shadow Master, Spongehead etc!{5)
  30. They are quite productive but maybe
  31. they are a bit technologically behind.

  33. {3Unfortunatly, {1Wales {2also has more
  34. {5lamers {2than any other country which
  35. probably is what gives it it's bad
  36. name. {5Probably the biggest is a guy
  37. down the road from me. {1 (Hi Clive)
  38. Some of you older Phreaks of the scene
  39. will remember {5Merlin {1of the {5Welsh
  40. Wizards?  {1Yeah that's right no one has
  41. killed him yet!

  43. {3Another guy, {2fortunatly quite far
  44. away, {3is {2Rat/Agile {3this lamer owes me
  45. 50 disks for a BBS Advert I did for
  46. him.  He runs a board called {2the Pit.{3
  47. Now the strange bit ...  There is
  48. another guy not too far away from him
  49. who also runs a BBS called the Cabin.
  50. Now while neither board can be classed
  51. as Elite, The cabin belongs to no
  52. group.  And yet it gets more callers,
  53. uploaders and warez than the Pit.
  54. {5Weird eh?  {3(Sure is Termy -readers)
  55. {5And how come one of the top uploaders
  56. on the Pit is Rat/Agile ?

  58. {2Wales {1also hosted the {5Mafia/Welsh
  59. Wizards Copyparty {1several years ago.
  60. Unfortunatly, it flopped and everyone
  61. was extremely pissed off with {5Wales{1.
  62. {5That was the first and for many people
  63. the last copyparty in {5Wales{1.  Maybe
  64. one day we will host another one if
  65. there is enough demand.

  67. {4There you have it that's the main
  68. people in Wales.

  70. {2Forgetting about the scene for a
  71. minute, {3Wales {2also offers ...
  72. {1mountains, {5hills, {1sheep, {5strange
  73. slopes where you least expect them,
  74. {1More hills and some mountains for good
  75. measure.  So there you go what more
  76. could you want.  Prices are also a lot
  77. cheaper down here too.  Take for
  78. example a {6Banana milk shake{1.  Before
  79. going to the {4Rebellion {1party, I bought
  80. 2 of these for {439p {1each Half way up,
  81. They were {450p {1each, When we were
  82. nearly there they were about {470p {1each.
  83. {7Fackin hell!
  84. {1(And just think - when you eventually
  85. got there you had to fork out a fiver
  86. just to get into a crap party!-Ed)
